Travellers discover you by region, activity and species, then contact you directly. No middleman steps into your client relationship and you remain in charge of your prices and conditions.

What you manage yourself
Your account gives access to all of your listing's content. Every change is published on the public site, with no middleman and no approval delay for routine updates.
Identity and presentation
Official name, founding year, long description, languages spoken, territory served, region and ZEC, contact details and hosting policies (pets, children, licences).
Lodgings
Cabins, lodges, camps and ready-to-camp units: capacity, number of bedrooms and beds, amenities, open seasons and photos. Each lodging gets its own page.
Packages and rates
Hunting, fishing, day-trip or multi-night packages: duration, target species, inclusions, availability periods, occupancy and starting price. You control every published rate.
Lakes and waterbodies
Accessible lakes, rivers and reservoirs: surface area, depth, species present, access type and watercraft. Each waterbody becomes an indexed page that attracts very specific searches.
Photos and memories
Main photo, property gallery and “memory” photos you can tag with a species, a lake, an activity or a cabin so they appear in the right place.
Amenities and filters
Check the amenities that matter to anglers and hunters (heated cabin, boat included, dock, cleaning station, freezer, Wi-Fi, pets allowed): they make you visible in advanced filters.
How to join, step by step
1. Write to us
Fill in the registration form or email us with your outfitter's name, your region and a contact person. No commitment at this stage.
2. We validate your business
We confirm that you are the owner or an authorized manager, then prepare your listing using publicly available information and whatever you send us.
3. Your account is created
You receive secure access to your outfitter space, where you can edit your texts, lodgings, packages, lakes, amenities and photos at any time.
4. Your listing goes live
As soon as it is published, your outfitter appears in the search results for its province, regions, activities and species — and starts receiving requests.
We are building the directory, one province at a time
The directory is not complete yet: we add new outfitters every week. Lodges that join now build their content and search history ahead of everyone else.
Bookings are currently closed directly with you. Our online booking module — real-time availability, deposits and confirmations — is coming, and adopting it will remain your choice.

Frequently asked questions from outfitters
How much does it cost?
During the launch phase, registering and managing your listing is free. Any future paid plan will be presented to you in advance, with no surprise automatic renewal.
Does MyOutfitters.ca take my bookings?
Not for now. Bookings are closed directly between you and the client. Our online booking system is in development and using it will remain optional.
My outfitter is already listed. What now?
Good news: all that's left is to claim your listing. Write to us and we will attach the existing listing to your new account, with all of its content history.
How much time does it take?
A first complete listing takes about an hour. After that, a few minutes each season is enough to update your packages, rates and availability.
I don't have good photos.
Your listing is published anyway: we show a “Photos coming soon” note rather than a generic image. We can also guide you on the photos that convert best.
