Located at the northern tip of beautiful Lake St. Martin, across from the Dauphin River, Big Rock Camp has been welcoming anglers and vacationers since 2003. The site offers excellent fishing for walleye and northern pike. For your accommodation, choose between a wooded campground equipped for RVs, tents, and trailers (with 30-amp electricity, a washblock, and a dumping station) or fully modern cabins equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Boat, motor, and propane BBQ rentals are also available on-site to enhance your stay.

Quelle trouvaille ! Mes amis et moi avons découvert cet endroit par hasard, alors que nous cherchions un bon coin de pêche. Jack et Carrie sont des hôtes exceptionnels. Ils ont été aux petits soins. Jack connaissait parfaitement les cours d'eau et la pêche. Il nous a conseillé sur les leurres à utiliser et sur la meilleure façon de naviguer dans le chenal. Les installations étaient propres et bien entretenues. Les cabanes étaient spacieuses et impeccables. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un bon coin de pêche près de Gypsumville.

Nous avons passé le long week-end de juillet ici et, même si la pêche n'était pas terrible, l'expérience était géniale ! Nous avions réservé trois chalets (nous étions environ 13, enfants compris). Les chalets étaient confortables et bien équipés, et les tonnelles avec moustiquaires étaient un vrai plus : nous pouvions profiter de l'extérieur sans être dévorés par les moustiques. Tout le monde était très sympathique, les propriétaires comme les autres campeurs. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et comptons bien y retourner l'année prochaine !

Nous sommes venus ici plusieurs fois ces dernières années et avons toujours passé un excellent séjour. Petit camping avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et un personnel accueillant. Ils proposent également des chalets, mais nous y séjournons avec notre caravane. Je le recommande vivement, car la pêche y est excellente !

Chalets confortables et bien équipés en bordure d'un joli petit lac niché dans les bois. Buanderie et bois de chauffage disponibles. Endroit idéal pour la navigation et la pêche. Épicerie à quelques minutes en voiture, dans la ville voisine de Gypsumville.

Étant originaire de la région, c'est probablement la seule façon dont j'ai connu cet endroit. Ceci étant dit, j'ai été ravi de notre séjour. Le camping était bien entretenu et on y trouve facilement tout ce dont on a besoin. Des chalets et des emplacements avec ou sans services sont disponibles à la location. Les prix sont raisonnables par rapport à d'autres campings similaires. Le quai et l'aire de stockage des bateaux sont en bon état et fonctionnels. La pêche était un peu lente, mais c'est la pêche, pas la faute du camping. Naviguer autour du lac peut apparemment être un peu dangereux, mais le chemin vers la rivière était bien balisé et une carte était fournie. Les propriétaires étaient vraiment formidables et très serviables. L'ambiance, créée par les propriétaires et les autres campeurs, a rendu le séjour très agréable. Je n'ai vraiment rien de négatif à dire. Ce n'est pas un camping neuf ni luxueux, mais il n'en a pas besoin.
