Discover Brownell Fly-In Adventures

The outfitter

Brownell Wilderness Adventures offers fly-in fishing trips in northern Saskatchewan from June 1st to September 30th. Located on the wild Brownell and Kvamsing Lakes, the outfitter offers northern pike and walleye fishing. Accommodation is in self-catering cabins equipped with hot showers and flush toilets. The Brownell Lake camp has three adapted cabins and the Kvamsing Lake site offers an exclusive cabin. The package includes the round-trip flight, boats with four-stroke motors, and fuel.

Territory and geography

The territory is located in the boreal forest of northern Saskatchewan, on the traditional lands of the Cree, Dene, and Métis peoples. Brownell Lake, historically called maci-cah-kon-sihk in Cree, and Kvamsing Lake form two remote and pristine bodies of water. With no road access, the area offers complete isolation in the heart of the wilderness. Anglers access the site only by floatplane departing from Deschambault Lake. The waters support healthy populations of northern pike and walleye. On-site, navigation is provided by boats equipped with eco-friendly four-stroke motors or canoes.
