Caribou Pond Outfitting Ltd. is an owner-operated outfitter located on the shores of Caribou Lake in Central Newfoundland. The establishment offers guided hunting trips focused on harvesting trophy moose, trophy caribou, and black bear. To ensure a high-quality experience and personalized support, one guide is assigned to each hunter for the entire duration of the stay. Accommodation is provided in a modern log lodge. The hunting schedule is organized by season. The spring black bear hunt runs from mid-May through the end of June. In the fall, a special two-week archery season for all species precedes the regular season. The regular season opens in mid-September, with arrivals scheduled for Sunday and departures for Saturday.
