From the moment we arrived at the wharf, we were welcomed with true East Coast hospitality. Tim and Anne were outstanding hosts, ensuring that our fishing trip was both enjoyable and memorable. We reeled in a number of dogfish and striped bass, which made for plenty of excitement, and in between catches we shared great conversation and laughter. The boat itself was incredibly comfortable, and the thoughtful touches—like freshly made coffee took the experience to another level. This trip far exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to booking again next year!

We had an incredible day out with Early Dawn Fishing Charters! Tim and Anne were amazing hosts who immediately made us feel right at home. Their warmth and hospitality set the tone for the whole trip. The striped bass fishing was absolutely killer, and to top it off, we even hooked onto a couple of thresher sharks—an unforgettable thrill! Everything from the boat to the atmosphere was top-notch. We can’t wait to come back for another adventure on the water. Highly recommend!

Un immense merci à Tim, Anne et Joe pour cette expérience de pêche inoubliable, passionnante et absolument fantastique ! Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis à bord et invités à nous sentir comme chez nous. Le confort à bord a rendu cette sortie très agréable. La pêche était fantastique ! Notre fils de 9 ans a participé dès le début, ferrant et remontant toutes les prises. Au cours de la journée, il a attrapé 3 bars rayés et 8 roussettes (de petits requins !), et a même vu ferrer trois gros requins, qui se sont tous échappés après une lutte acharnée. Nous avons ramené les bars, entièrement levés en filets. À bord, nous avons dégusté un délicieux thé et admiré le magnifique ciel étoilé, toutes lumières éteintes. Nous recommandons vivement cette excursion.

Mon mari et moi avons vécu une expérience de pêche inoubliable avec Early Dawn mardi dernier. La réservation s'est faite sans le moindre problème et la communication était excellente. Le bateau était impeccable et en parfait état, et l'accueil était tout simplement exceptionnel. Notre journée a été fructueuse : nous avons pêché une cinquantaine de bars rayés. Grâce à l'expertise de Tim, l'expérience a été à la fois agréable et enrichissante, et nous avons beaucoup appris sur le bassin des Mines et la Nouvelle-Écosse en général. Tim et Anne ont été des hôtes fantastiques. Anne était aux petits soins pour nous, nous faisant sentir vraiment choyés. Elle nous a préparé un délicieux bar rayé au beurre et à la sarriette d'été, accompagné de pommes de terre et de deux salades. C'était incroyablement frais et savoureux. Cette excursion a combiné sport, tranquillité et apprentissage pratique. Nous avons passé un moment formidable et nous recommandons vivement Early Dawn ! The Early Dawn was an amazing experience. Captain Tim is not only a great navigator, but a great host. Nestled for departure at Delhaven wharf is only the start of a great trip. I have gone three times and have always got a bite on the line and quite a few striped bass keepers. Highly recommended.
