Tucked away in the boreal forest, the resort offers comfortable, fully equipped cottages with private decks and barbecues. Visitors enjoy a main log lodge featuring a dining room, lounge, pool table, and Wi-Fi. On the 45-kilometer-long lake, fishing yields walleye, northern pike, yellow perch, and whitefish, with brook trout accessible via portage. Adventures are enjoyed in 18-foot cedar boats, canoes, or kayaks.
Located in the Algoma region, north of Wawa and east of White River, the outfitter is established on Lake Esnagi, a body of water 45 kilometers long and 5 kilometers wide that is part of the Great Lakes basin. The Magpie River and Tripoli Creek are its main tributaries. The territory, entirely roadless, is characterized by boreal forest, Precambrian rock outcrops, hidden bays, and a few sandy beaches. It is accessible only by floatplane or train. A short portage also provides access to Rock Lake. This isolation preserves a very rich wilderness environment.
