Located an hour's drive from Fredericton and two hours from Bangor, Maine, the lodge is accessible by road. From Fredericton, take Route 2 West, Exit 263 toward Route 3, then Route 4 toward McAdam. Turn right toward Canterbury Provincial Park for 10 km, then turn left at the sign and drive 1 mile to the lodge. From Bangor, take Route 6 to Vanceboro and cross the border.

The estate is located on the shores of Palfrey Lake in southwestern New Brunswick. This lake is part of the Chiputneticook Lakes system, connected to Spednic Lake, covering an area of 68 square kilometers with 504 kilometers of shoreline. The territory is deep in the heart of a dense forest. The final access stretch follows a winding road that descends a steep hill through the trees, leading directly to the lakefront. This wooded environment offers direct water access from the establishment.
