The map indicated that canoeists were welcome, so we stopped by on our way through and Val and Rob were exceptional hosts! We had a coffee and they had no problem with us having lunch on site (we had brought our own picnic). The place is beautiful and the cabins and facilities are very well maintained. Real luxury in the wilderness: the cabins are equipped with electricity, full kitchens, showers, toilets, etc. I don't have any photos because my phone was carefully stowed in my dry bag for the next run of rapids! 😂 I might come back to stay the night!
