My parents hunted with Harry last year. They haven't stopped telling us how awesome it was: Harry and his crew were exceptional. The food and lodging were excellent. My dad and my husband each took a bear, and I fished for bass and northern pike. The scenery was beautiful. I have hunted with Harry several times. I hunted at the deer camp; there was plenty of room for everyone and the food was excellent. This spring, I went to the bear camp: it was amazing! The camp is located right on the lake, where the fishing is great. There is enough space to accommodate guests without feeling cramped. The meals were delicious; nobody left hungry, and the baked goods prepared by the girls were simply divine! 👍 If you want to have a great bear hunt, this is the place to go. Everyone managed to harvest a bear, and they are impressive specimens.

I have stayed at Harry's camp twice and both experiences were exceptional. His wife, Angie, goes above and beyond preparing every meal. You gain weight on this hunt! Haha. I harvested a uniquely colored black bear with Harry, as well as a remarkably sized wolf. Harry, Angie, and Brenden put every effort into making your hunt a success. Highly recommend.

I have hunted black bear and whitetail deer three times with Harry Walker from Sandy River Outfitters. I was fortunate enough to harvest a bear that still gets compliments, as well as the biggest whitetail deer I've ever hunted. Harry and his guides go above and beyond to ensure your success. The guides are experienced and knowledgeable. The lodging can accommodate at least 8 to 10 people. Meals are prepared by his wife, Angie, an outstanding cook! Harry runs a booth every year at the American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg, which is where we met. Harry and his team are wonderful. We were ten hunters at camp. Nine of us harvested magnificent bears, five of them in a single day! All participants saw multiple bears and had great hunting opportunities. The lodging was excellent and spacious. The food was plentiful and of high quality. Our trophies were taken care of immediately. Airport transfers to and from were arranged seamlessly. They met all my expectations. I can't wait to go back with my sons. I highly recommend them: integrity, dedication to getting us hunt opportunities, quality lodging and food.
