The history of Aerobus Lake Wilderness Resort dates back to 1989 when the site was first acquired by a family, then known as Timber Point Camp. The outfitter provides 14- or 16-foot Lund aluminum boats equipped with 15 or 20 HP Yamaha motors, swivel seats, and safety equipment. Aerobus Lake Wilderness Resort is one of those rare places where you truly disconnect from the world and reconnect with nature. Nestled in the heart of nature, it gives the impression of being at the end of the earth, while still offering optimal comfort: hot showers, clean washrooms, elegant kitchens, and even Wi-Fi to stay in touch with loved ones. What makes this place so special is its privacy. As the only resort on the lake, it offers absolute peace and quiet. Jeff and Anna catered to our group's every need and did everything to make our stay perfect. Jodie and Matt were also a real pleasure to be around: friendly, responsive, and clearly passionate about making this location an exceptional destination. There is something for every nature lover: cliff jumping, waterfalls, fishing, stargazing, hiking, bird watching, kayaking, wildlife photography, swimming, and quiet moments paddleboarding. One evening, we were even lucky enough to admire the northern lights. A magical moment! This place is a true gem. Whether you are an adventurous couple, a family with kids, or a group of friends looking to disconnect and explore the surroundings, Aerobus Lake will win you over. We are already dreaming of returning.

Our first stay at Aerobus lived up to our expectations. The fishing was excellent: between the two of us, we caught over 200 fish in 5 and a half days, including many trout. We practiced catch-and-release for all our catches. We mainly fish for bass, and that made up the majority of our catches, using crankbaits and hair jigs. The trout were caught trolling with crankbaits and spoons. We also caught about twenty pike, the largest measuring 74 cm, and a 56 cm walleye. The cabins, boats, and camp facilities were very comfortable and comparable to those of similar camps. Jeff gave us great fishing advice and made sure our boat was always in tip-top shape. We will return without hesitation!

Timber Point is an exceptional fishing camp and vacation destination if you are looking for the great outdoors and a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was my second stay, but my family has been going there for over 50 years. The memories we create there will remain forever etched in our minds. Steve and Jess are wonderful hosts who do everything possible to ensure visitors have a great stay at Aerobus Lake. Steve always made sure we had everything we needed for a great day of fishing, and even gave us valuable advice. It is without a doubt my favourite fishing destination and I can't wait to go back.
