The territory extends from the ranch in the Alberta foothills to the Continental Divide, marking the border between Alberta and British Columbia. The area covers approximately 1,200 square miles of rugged mountain terrain, encompassing six mountain ranges as well as the Sheep and Elbow River watersheds near the Kananaskis region. This wild alpine landscape, composed of meadows, forests, and remote high-altitude spaces, provides ideal habitat for deer, elk, moose, and black bear.
