Thank you to Joy and Darcy… Bear Paw Lodge is simply exceptional. The facilities for people with reduced mobility are incredible. Joy and Darcy, the owners, have thought of everything. Wheelchair access to the cabin and the boat exceeded all our expectations. Thanks to them, there is no longer any excuse to stop a person in a wheelchair from fishing. The cabins are spotless and offer all the necessary comfort, with the exception of food. They really thought of everything. The boats are top quality and the fishing is fantastic. Fish are everywhere; we caught an impressive amount of pike and a monster pike followed us right up to the boat. That fish was at least a metre long. We will definitely return and we highly recommend Bear Paw Lodge to anyone who wants to fish every day.

What an exceptional fishing destination! The cabins were modern, very comfortable and spotless. We were extremely impressed by the charm and helpfulness of the owners. The fishing boats were in excellent condition and landing nets and bait were provided. Thanks to this, and Darcy's knowledge of the lake, we were able to reach our limit of lake trout, walleye and even a huge pike! All the cabins were fully booked, so we will be booking very soon for our stay next season. A big thank you to the whole team who made our trip so memorable!
