Established in 1942, the estate offers cedar chalets that are both rustic and comfortable, along with a welcoming dining room. The lake, managed eco-responsibly, is stocked every spring with Kamloops rainbow trout weighing from 2 to 10 pounds, with mandatory catch-and-release. Visitors also enjoy canoeing, kayaking, hiking, and the surrounding wildlife.
The 300-acre estate is set in a subalpine landscape of meadows and woodlands. The terrain offers panoramic views of rolling hills, wildflower fields, and stands of fir, ponderosa pine, spruce, larch, and aspen. Corbett Lake is spring-fed. The property is surrounded by two large ranches, Douglas Lake Ranch and Nicola Ranch. The climate is generally dry with warm summers.
