Domaine Genessee is a property of nature and tranquillity in the heart of the forest at L'Ange-Gardien, in the La Jacques-Cartier and La Côte-de-Beaupré regional county municipalities, on the edge of the Séminaire lands. The word 'Genessee' means a beautiful valley in the Iroquois language. The territory was once part of Mgr de Laval's 17th-century Seigneurie de Beaupré. Three chalets are available — two fully-equipped five-star chalets (Le Trophée and Le Héron, fishing right included) and a rustic cabin (Le trapeur, one bedroom, 5 beds). Fishing is on two well-stocked small lakes near the chalets, boat included, as well as
fly fishing on the Montmorency River for more experienced anglers. There are also several kilometres of easy hiking trails accessible to the whole family, and a guided tour of the Caverne Thomassin led by a speleologist. By reservation only.

Nous avons passé un long week-end au chalet le Trophée et nous avons adoré notre expérience! Le site est exceptionnel, nous avons pu pêcher en toute tranquillité et profiter du chalet, très bien équipé. L’hôte a été très réceptif tout au long de nos échanges. Nous reviendrons!

Nous avons séjourné au Domaine Genessee durant la période des fêtes et ce fut impeccable. Le chalet est magnifique, propre et même plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. Nos enfants ont adoré leurs moments passés au chalet et en garderont des merveilleux souvenirs. Les propriétaires sont toujours disponibles et d’une gentillesse incroyable 🤗

Quel beau séjour au Domaine Genessee ! À la fois chic et rustique c'est un endroit mémorable en pleine nature et très près de la ville. Un endroit à découvrir, surtout pour la pêche.

Ma fille a passé une semaine au domaine. Le chalet est beau, grand et confortable. Le site permet plusieurs activités: la baignade dans le lac juste à l’avant du chalet, la plage, les randonnées en forêt. Elle a beaucoup apprécié!

Un site en pleine nature qui permet de se déconnecter, tout en pratiquant de multiples activités en toute liberté et en toute sécurité. Le site est très bien entretenu et accueillant. Il permet d'accueillir les enfants pour des journées de camp inoubliables!
