Five easily reached, portage-free lakes teem with brook trout: three lakes of native speckled trout from 8 to 15 inches and two stocked lakes from 8 to 24 inches, including Lac Brûlé, the largest body of water in the Seigneurie. The cool water keeps the fishing excellent all summer, on the fly or with light tackle, from 16-foot boats with oars, motor and anchor.
