In the heart of the Seigneurie de Beaupré, on the private lands of the Séminaire de Québec, Pourvoirie le Manoir Brûlé sits on one of the highest summits of the Laurentians, at 2,700 feet of elevation. Five easily reached, portage-free lakes teem with brook trout: three lakes of native speckled trout from 8 to 15 inches and two stocked lakes from 8 to 24 inches, including Lac Brûlé, the largest body of water in the Seigneurie. The cool water keeps the fishing excellent all summer, on the fly or with light tackle, from 16-foot boats with oars, motor and anchor.
In zone 27 west, the outfitter reserves 31 km² of private territory for black bear hunting, baiting included, by bow, crossbow or firearm. Three European-plan chalets host your stay: Le Manoir with its 10 bedrooms (up to 19 people), Le Pavillon du Séminaire with 4 bedrooms (up to 16 people) and Le Petit Manoir, 2 bedrooms for 4 people.
