Robert Chiasson, a bilingual certified guide since the early 1990s, accompanies you for Atlantic salmon fly fishing in Cape Breton. Excursions primarily take place on the Margaree River, as well as the Chéticamp, Middle, and Baddeck rivers. From June 1 to October 31, explore these renowned waterways by wading, using single or double-handed techniques. Salmon average between 8 and 12 pounds, with specimens sometimes reaching 30 pounds. All catches are gracefully released.

The fishing territory spans several major waterways on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. It includes the Margaree River, renowned for its salmon pools, as well as the Chéticamp, Middle, and Baddeck rivers. The Chéticamp River runs along the entrance to Cape Breton Highlands National Park, in the heart of a preserved coastal and forest environment. All of these waterways are public with no private sections. Access to the sites is by wading or from the banks, allowing for the exploration of diverse riparian environments.
