If you are looking for a fishing guide, look no further! I was lucky enough to be recommended by Oscar's Source For Adventure in Smithers. I am an amateur angler, setting up my Spey gear the night before our outing. Bob managed to teach me how to cast in half an hour. Long story short, I caught three fish that day, including a 91 cm male. In a single day, I learned more about fishing and reading the river than in ten years. If you are new to the area and want to maximize your chances of catching fish, Bob is your man. Even if you don't get lucky, Bob is a super nice guy to spend time with. He has tons of stories to tell, the product of his years of guiding experience. Honestly, it's worth it. My first rainbow trout fishing trip in Smithers was the only time I caught something with Bob. Thanks Bob!
