A family-run outfitter with exclusive rights, founded in 1946 by Adrien Boismenu (originally for deer hunting), Pourvoirie la Réserve Boismenu spreads around Lac Perras in Lac-du-Cerf, in the Laurentides, bordering the Réserve faunique Papineau-Labelle (zone 10-Est). The territory has 11 fully equipped lakeside chalets, plus a project for wilderness camping and mini-chalets. For fishing, Lac Perras holds indigenous trout — brook trout and 100% native Arctic char, a rarity in Quebec — while Lac Longeau and five other stocked small lakes offer walleye, rainbow trout and brown trout. For hunting, an exclusive 36 km² territory split into small zones offers

deer (4-point-plus males only, responsible management since 2013), moose (above-average population, about 15 km² per group), spring black bear over baited sites, wild turkey and small game (ruffed grouse, hare, woodcock). You can also canoe or kayak, hike, and watch wildlife. The Boismenu family has been welcoming guests for three generations.
