The outfitter
Family-operated for 32 years, Ray's Hunting & Fishing Lodge is located in Howley, the village where moose were first introduced to Newfoundland over 100 years ago. The outfitter offers guided rifle and archery hunts for moose, woodland caribou, and black bear. Accommodations include a six-bedroom main lodge for four to six hunters and a three-bedroom satellite camp. The site offers satellite TV, wireless internet, and the support of licensed guides for forest transport and trophy preparation.
