Located in the Côte-Nord region of Quebec within fishing zone 19 south (part A), the Manicouagan Reservoir runs along the Relais Gabriel outfitting territory at kilometer 316 on Route 389, approximately 100 kilometers from the Manic 5 power station. Recognized as one of the largest reservoirs in the world, this massive body of water covers a surface area of 2,000 square kilometers and has an average depth of 73 meters. It offers an exceptional wilderness fishing experience for various sought-after fish species, including lake trout, landlocked salmon (ouananiche), pike, lake whitefish, and brook trout (speckled trout). To ensure safe and comfortable navigation across this vast body of water, the outfitter provides anglers with suitable motorboats. It is also a wonderful location for canoeing, wildlife viewing, hunting, and relaxing in a pristine natural environment.
