What an incredible day! Captain Scott was simply fantastic. First thing in the morning, he warned us that their usual fishing area hadn't been productive lately because of the water temperature. He advised us to head to an area of the lake where the depth exceeds 90 metres (21 kilometres offshore) to find water at a more favourable temperature. Once we arrived at our destination, the action was fast and furious. In no time, we hooked 11 salmon, and only one couldn't be brought on board. It was truly a memorable day. Thank you, Captain Scott! We all had a great time and we will be back.

What an incredible experience! I highly recommend this business. Captains Steve and Scott took us fishing in early June. Although they warned us that the fish were nowhere to be found during recent trips, we took our chance anyway. My 9-year-old daughter, my dad, my brother, my 7-year-old nephew, and myself had a great time. Having caught nothing, we decided to book another trip with Scales and Tales in late August. Captain Scott helped us find fish and we all took turns fishing. We couldn't have asked for a better day. Can't wait until next time! Thanks again!

Excellent experience on the lake with Captain Mike! His boat is very well equipped, we had an incredible morning. We each caught a 24lb fish and got our limits. His boat is very well equipped, ideal for 2-3 people, it makes for a slightly more private trip and your turn comes around more often to bring in the fish! Plus Mike took care of cleaning all the fish for us. Thanks again Mike!
