This hunt met all my expectations! Great people, good food, zero stress and animals in abundance! I highly recommend Terance's camp in Slave Lake for moose hunting and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to get a bear tag again. Kudos to the whole team for making this hunt a dream come true, and even more!

There were four of us going spring bear hunting with Boss Outfitting and the experience was incredible. Terrance isn't kidding when he says you'll see a lot of bears, especially big ones. In our group, we weren't looking to trophy hunt, but we all left with boars and sows. We could have even taken a second one if we wanted to. Camp life is awesome. Helen makes sure you don't lack anything and cooks us delicious meals, perfect for a trip in the wild. The guides are always busy and ready to share their knowledge or let us help them. Exceptional experience and the food is simply divine! Helen, Terrance's mother, runs the camp and her cooking is excellent! Terrance's camp is very well set up and ensures everyone's comfort while offering the wilderness experience that many of us are looking for. The camp is far enough into the woods to feel truly away from it all. Windall was my guide and he did a wonderful job ensuring a safe and successful hunt every day. I hope to come back soon to see everyone again, find more moose and enjoy a five-star meal. Terance and his guides work tirelessly to make your hunting experience unforgettable. They are professionals who know hunting inside out. Helen is an outstanding cook. We have hunted with six different outfitters and she is by far the best. We enjoyed a turkey feast with all the fixings, fresh bread, cakes and pies cooked in the wood stove, and even pizzas! Impossible to go hungry! My brother and I will definitely go back to hunt with Boss Outfitting.

If there is an outfitting service rewarding of 5 stars it is definitely this one! Everyone in camp treats you like family and that really goes a long way. The quality of the meals at camp is second to none, and the hunting experience is just the same! The guides, cooks, and every other person that helps out in camp is very knowledgeable about the hunting world and I, along with my dad who was on the hunt as well, learned so much from Boss Outfitting. It was one of the best weeks of my life and I will never forget these people.
