Alberta Minister’s Special Licences (MSL) offer resident and non-resident hunters a unique opportunity to explore the Alberta territory. These permits grant significant geographical flexibility for hunting target species throughout the province. Auctioned or awarded by draw, they allow the collected funds to be allocated to wildlife stewardship projects. Managed by the Alberta Professional Outfitters Society (APOS), these grants contribute directly to the conservation of wildlife and their habitats.
