Just got off the boat with Captain Gerry. What can I say about this trip out on the water? He is truly excellent! A real pro, he took us fishing, even set prawn traps… In short, he took care of everything except making us a meal! We were with two kids, and he was great with them. We booked last minute – following a cancellation up north – and he was unbelievably kind. If you are in Nanaimo and looking for a boat trip, don't hesitate, Invictus Charters is the ideal choice!

We spent an absolutely fabulous day with Captain Gerry. I noticed zero rudeness on his part (contrary to what is mentioned in other reviews). We loved every moment. We would have liked to fish for something other than salmon, but that wasn't possible. The excitement of fishing, even after releasing the fish, was exhilarating and believe me, we made a great catch! Gerry was very knowledgeable and full of fascinating stories. Thank you!
