Based at the Lac Pau base camp, the outfitter offers direct access to the majestic Caniapiscau Reservoir, the largest body of freshwater in the province. Whether for fishing trips, wilderness exploration adventures, or housing mining sector workers, the site provides a comfortable home base in the heart of the Far North. All facilities are solar-powered, ensuring continuous 24-hour electricity. Various lodging options are available on-site. The outfitter features three private cabins with two, three, or four
bedrooms and full bathrooms. It also offers a rustic post-and-beam cabin with lake views, featuring a mezzanine with a Queen bed, a ground-floor bedroom with a single bed, a dining room, a living room, and a full bathroom. A guest house is also available, including eight private bedrooms, a common living area, and three full bathrooms. After a day on the water, visitors can relax in the main lodge. To explore even more remote areas, DHC-2 Beaver floatplane excursions are offered with owner and pilot Richard Hume, providing access to secluded waters across Northern Quebec.
