River Porcupine — Milton Lake Lodge

The Porcupine River is a crystal-clear glacial stream in Northern Saskatchewan that flows out of Walker Lake into Milton Lake. It is renowned for its high concentration of arctic grayling, a striking game fish featuring a large iridescent dorsal fin. The river is ideal for fly fishing and light spinning tackle, whether fishing from the shoreline, wading, or from a anchored boat. In addition to grayling, the Porcupine River holds trophy northern pike ambushing prey in the current and deep pools. The stream also offers scenic canoe trip opportunities through untouched northern wilderness.
