Its story
Pourvoirie des Trois Lacs is established in the heart of the Kamouraska Highlands, in the municipality of Saint-Bruno-de-Kamouraska. Owned by the renowned industrial company Cascades, the territory and its activities have been managed by the Groupement Forestier Grand-Portage since 2006. The organization's mission is to make the boreal forest accessible to outdoor enthusiasts while preserving the Bas-Saint-Laurent environment. Throughout its history, the outfitter has preserved the traditional character of its facilities, notably through its rustic waterfront cabins. To adapt its practices to ecological challenges, Pourvoirie des Trois Lacs embarked on a major shift toward sustainable development in 2016. This project

was established with the support of the Fédération des pourvoiries du Québec, the Kamouraska Community Futures Development Corporation (SADC), and Economic Development Canada. This environmental approach resulted in the deployment of solar panels to reduce the carbon footprint of the accommodations and improved waste management across the territory. Today, the establishment continues its tradition of welcoming guests for brook trout fishing, small and big game hunting, hiking, and mycotourism, emphasizing an authentic and peaceful natural setting.

Located in Saint-Bruno-de-Kamouraska in the Bas-Saint-Laurent, this Haut-Kamouraska territory is set in a peaceful forest environment in Zone 02. The estate includes two private lakes, rivers, and a network of walking and interpretation trails. Regarding access, the site is two hours from Quebec City and close to Kamouraska. It is located 22 kilometers from Highway 20, a journey that includes 12 kilometers of dirt road leading to the cabins and water bodies.

Pourvoirie des Trois Lacs is located in hunting zone 02, in the heart of Haut-Kamouraska in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region, primarily within the municipality of Saint-Bruno-de-Kamouraska. The territory also extends into hunting zones located in Sainte-Hélène, Saint-Athanase, Saint-Gabriel, Pohénégamook, and Saint-François-Xavier-de-Viger.
