Rapid Lake Lodge is a high-end lodge nestled in the subarctic tundra of Arctic Quebec (Nunavik), about 150 km southeast of Kuujjuaq. Built more than 25 years ago from hundred-year-old tundra trees, it accommodates up to 16 guests in private rooms, with gourmet meals prepared by a chef, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi. For more than 27 years the lodge has developed a renowned fly-fishing program for Arctic char, brook trout and lake trout across a network of 80+ km of rivers in the Ungava Bay area, with daily fly-outs by float plane to the best stretches of river.
