Fishing is done from outboard-powered freighter canoes; one experienced Inuit guide for every 2 or 3 anglers. Char generally run 5 to 20 lb (more than half above 10 lb). Summer and fall season; strict catch-and-release rule for Atlantic salmon.

River Estuary. The stay includes rustic yet comfortable lodging at the lodge featuring running water, hot showers, and indoor toilets, as well as all meals served in the modern dining facility. Native Inuit guide service is provided at a ratio of one guide for every two or three anglers. Fishing outings take place aboard outboard-powered freighter canoes. Catch freezing, greeting services at Kuujjuaq and Tasiujaq airports, and boat transportation to the lodge are also included. Guests must bring their own sleeping bag, pillowcase, towel, toiletries, and fly fishing or light spinning tackle.
