Pourvoirie La Rocheuse offers a full range of hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities throughout the seasons.
Brook trout fishing is available from ice-melt in late May until the second week of September. Stays are offered as European plans with lodging or as day trips. The main lakes are accessible by car, while secondary lakes are reachable by ATV. The outfitter provides 35 boats distributed across the territory, with outboard motor rental options. During the winter, from December to mid-April, ice fishing is also available.
Hunting activities on the exclusive territory include:

combined with fishing, including baited sites, set installations (blinds and tree stands), the accompaniment of an experienced guide, as well as field dressing and meat preparation services.
- Fall moose hunting, from mid-September to mid-October, with access to enclosed blinds, boats, and fishing rights.
- Small game hunting (grouse and hare) from mid-October to early November, as well as hare snaring.
For vacationers, visitors can enjoy swimming on fine sand beaches near falls and cascades, water sports (kayaking, pedal boating, paddleboarding), wild berry picking in August and mushroom foraging, hiking or ATV riding, as well as nature observation and photography. During the winter season, snowmobile packages are available upon request, along with snowshoeing. The Lac Bourbeau site has a permanent caretaker, guides available upon request, and an emergency communication system featuring satellite phone and Wi-Fi.
