Fishing is on 10 or 12 exclusive pools of the river in search of Atlantic salmon, offered as an all-inclusive American plan: lodging, meals and a guide for the entire length of the stay. Guests stay in a three-bedroom cottage (two single beds per room) with a wood-stove living room, a full bathroom, drinking water from an artesian well and daily housekeeping. At the table, a

chef and assistant serve à la carte breakfasts and three-to-four-service lunches and dinners showcasing Gulf seafood in season — lobster, snow crab, cod, shrimp and scallops.
