From Southern Ontario, take Highway 400 North through Barrie, then Highway 69 North to Highway 64. Turn right onto 64, which becomes Highway 535. North of the West Arm, turn right onto Lake Road and follow it for approximately 3 kilometres. From the North, take Highway 17 East to 535 South.

The estate includes 160 acres of private land bordering vast Crown lands in Wildlife Management Unit 42. Accessible by road via Lake Road, the site offers direct access to the waterways.
