What can I say about this trip? I had been to Rufus with my family when I was a child, and it's incredible to see what the place has become. This great family fishing resort met all my expectations, and even more. The improvements made to the cabins, the impeccable cleanliness, and the amenities were truly impressive. The stocked cabins, firewood, water, ice, minnows, pontoon boats, and even the sauna were more than I expected and a clear step up compared to other lodges I've visited in recent years. The staff and the owner, Aiden, were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make this stay a success! A big thank you! I will be booking for my family and a few groups next year.

The place is breathtakingly beautiful, so quiet and peaceful that I wish I could sleep there as well as I do at home. I am a poor angler, yet I managed to catch my limit on every outing. I even had the chance to spot the Northern Lights and feed the ducks that live at the campground.
