The resort owners are extremely friendly and charming; we thoroughly enjoyed their company. Our cabin was beautiful and comfortable, and we slept better there than at home. The bear hunting was exceptional and will remain etched in our memories.

My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful week here. The place is peaceful and quiet, just a minute off Highway 11 and 20 minutes from Geraldton. Our cabin (number 10) was great, the porch was nice, and we had a beautiful view of the lake. The rental boats are very good; I used a 9.9 HP motor, perfect because you don't need to go far to find fish. The walleye fishing was surprisingly good. They have a well-maintained beach and a playground for kids, ideal for swimming. There is also a small convenience store on site. The owners are wonderful people who took great care of us. I have stayed at many fishing and hunting lodges in Northern Ontario and I can say that even in 2022, this place offers an excellent value for money. I highly recommend staying here, whether for fishing, hunting, or a family vacation.

I couldn't have found better. It was exactly what I was looking for, and even more. A beautiful beach, excellent fishing, and extremely welcoming owners. Thank you to Bobby Jo and Yves for their hospitality and for those shared moments and laughs. I can't wait to go back! Make sure to choose the right place. The resort is right next to a campground called Wild Goose Lake Campground. Different place, different owners. The resort is the one you want. The entrance to the resort is before the campground's.

We had a wonderful family stay. The owners made sure our cabin was big enough for all of us. We fished, had campfires in the evening, and barbecued almost every night. We gathered around the large table to talk, laugh, play games, and simply reconnect! They answered all our questions quickly and even showed us the way to the nearest town when we realized we had forgotten a few items that weren't available at the cabin store. Thank you, Bobby Jo and Yves, for making our stay so enjoyable! We will be back! 😃

The owners are exceptionally charming and welcoming people. They go out of their way to make you feel right at home and ensure you don't lack anything. Our cabin was clean and well-equipped.
