Auberge Gatineau au Baskatong has welcomed anglers, hunters and vacationers since 1950, on the north arm of the Baskatong reservoir, at the mouth of the Gatineau River, in Ferme-Neuve. The outfitter offers 14 rustic cabins (sleeping 2 to 12, full kitchen, hot water, solar electricity) and 50 campsites along a 24 km beach. Guests fish for trout, walleye and pike, and hunt moose (exclusive territories leased weekly, for groups of 2 to 4 hunters), black bear, partridge and hare. POURVOIRIE Auberge de la Gatineau is located on the north arm of Baskatong Reservoir, at the mouth of the Gatineau River, near the La Vérendrye wildlife reserve. Access is available, in particular, via Route 105 to Grand-Remous, then via Route 117 heading north. The outfitter is located at Lac-Marguerite, in the Laurentides, and provides access to a beach.

At the POURVOIRIE Auberge de la Gatineau, you’ll find a territory well suited to fishing and wildlife viewing. The listed fish species include, among others, northern pike, walleye, brook trout, ouananiche, and lake trout. For hunting, the territory is home in particular to ruffed grouse, spruce grouse, moose, and black bear. The environment combines Baskatong Reservoir with a natural territory.
