Pourvoirie du Lac Anaïs, located in the Témiscouata area of the Bas-Saint-Laurent (Saint-Michel-du-Squatec), is a public fishing spot that has been operating since 1988, run by the non-profit organization Association des amis de la forêt du Lac Anaïs inc. Here you can fish for brook trout on Lac Anaïs, a lake of roughly 2 km, with a rowboat provided. Lodging is in a rustic log camp built in 1929 by the parish priest Mgr Cyr, sleeping up to 6 people (solar lighting, wood stove, running water that is not potable).
