Equipped, insulated and warm, they sleep from 1 to 16 people depending on the unit: full kitchen, wood stove and firewood, bathroom, basic bedding provided, WiFi and BBQ, with campfires, a beach, a boat launch and marked hiking trails on site. On the hunting side, an exclusive agro-forestry territory of more than 15,000 acres is set aside for guided wild-turkey hunting, with a success rate close
to perfect, and exclusive 15 km² zones are assigned per party for white-tailed deer, their bait sites already active and fitted with tree stands. On the fishing side, the owner guides outings for walleye, pike and bass on the surrounding waters, a private lake full of brook trout and smallmouth bass can be worked from a rowboat, and winter brings all-inclusive ice-fishing packages with drilled holes, hut and gear. Add canoe, kayak, motorboat and snowshoe rentals, 35 km of calm river to travel and a regional park a few kilometres away.
