Pourvoirie du Lac Sopwith welcomes you to over 4,500 acres of unspoiled wilderness around the crystal-clear waters of Sopwith Lake, in the Otter Lake area of Quebec. The territory is known for its trout fishing: speckled trout (brook trout) are abundant in spring — hooking a 5-pound-plus specimen is not uncommon — while grey trout (lake trout) are taken trolling and jigging at the feeding depths. You can also camp on one of the many islands, ideal spots to pitch a tent and take in the spectacular scenery. The outfitter rents fully equipped cabins (European plan) along with a full
range of boats and equipment: rowboats, gas and electric motors, kayaks, canoes and electric bikes. Owners Doug Sokoloski and Lea Hutchings know the water intimately and gladly share their advice on where to find and how to catch fish through every season. Catch-and-release is encouraged to preserve the exceptional quality of the fishing.

Superbe séjour de pêche sur la glace à la Pourvoirie Squaw Lake Nous avons séjourner dans le chalet #2 qui était très propre et super bien équipé ( même accès à l’eau chaude, wifi et Fire Stick!) Le site est superbe et très accueillant; la qualité de pêche était aussi très bonne, nous avons faite de belles prises durant nos journées de pêche La nourriture au resto-bar Trap-Shack était aussi très bonne après une bonne journée de pêche Nous serons définitivement de retour, un gros merci à toute l’équipe pour ce beau séjour!

Notre famille y va depuis maintenant 18 ans et c’est toujours aussi magnifique comme place. Plusieurs chalets à disposition. Surtout de la truite grise comme poisson et la moyenne est de 2,5 lbs le poisson. Parfait pour le kayak et très tranquille comme coin. Le monde est très respectueux au niveau du son le soir. Une accueil très chaleureuse depuis toujours. Le weekend il y a un restau-bar. De la place pour faire des feux de camps. Possibilité de faire de la chasse également.

Pourvoirie du Lac à L’indienne Squaw Lake Outfitter. Danielle et Martin sont des Hôtes exceptionnellement gentils et attachants. En plus la truite grise est succulente. Pour un weekend en amoureux je vous suggère le chalet flottant. Bonne visite👍
