Air Tamarac is a family-run fly-in fishing and hunting outfitter, in operation for more than 55 years (founded in 1968 in Clova). Reachable only by air, its three outfitting camps span five large wilderness territories: Pourvoirie Lac Hébert (including Lac Charlotte) in the southern Eeyou Istchee Baie-James, Pourvoirie Lac Sauterelle in Haute-Mauricie, and Pourvoirie au Réservoir Gouin (including Lac Angèle). Lac Hébert, Lac Charlotte and Lac Angèle, and for brook trout on Lac Sauterelle. The outfitter also offers quality moose hunting on exclusive territories. Lodging is in 24 comfortable, fully equipped cabins (full kitchen, running water, hot shower, solar power) spread across the three camps. The all-inclusive packages include round-trip floatplane transport, a boat with unlimited gas and the gear, departing from the Clova and Sainte-Anne-du-Lac bases. Air Tamarac also runs a floatplane charter (air taxi) service throughout Québec.
