Bobby and Al are great. They always kept us well supplied with fish, especially large pike. Eight pike were over 76 cm, including one at 107 cm. All of our meals were excellent.

This was our first stay at Anderson's Lodge and, to put it nicely, we were real novices. As soon as we arrived, Isha welcomed us warmly. We enjoyed an excellent dinner and set off the next morning for our first day of fishing. We have nothing but praise for our guide, Bree. She had us catching walleye just a few minutes after choosing a good fishing spot. Then, she prepared a shore lunch feast for us. She was a huge help throughout the trip, whether untangling hooks, removing fish, or baiting lines, not to mention her irresistible humor that made us laugh a lot. On the second day, as we were heading to lunch on the shore, she suddenly changed course, pointing out a black bear that seemed to be enjoying its own meal. The staff was professional and friendly, and the food and drinks were delicious. It was beyond our expectations! All that was missing was a moose, and although we didn't spot a single one on the water, on the day of our departure, what a surprise! There was one standing among the trees, a kilometer away! Our stay was perfect! See you next year!

This is the ideal place! We went to Anderson's fishing lodge for the first time and were very impressed. Isha answered all my questions over the phone. I was hesitant about hiring a guide, as we have good boating and fishing experience. She explained that the lakes are huge and that without knowing them in advance, a guide is essential. She was right! Thanks to him, we were able to focus entirely on fishing! We both caught many big fish. Our guide, Bobby, took care of the bait and handled everything expertly. We never lost any lures to snags because he was a master at untangling lines. He took us right where the fish were biting and prepared a delicious shore lunch for us! A wonderful experience! We opted for the 6.40 m bowrider, an excellent choice with its tarp (it rained a bit) and comfortable seats. There was plenty of room, especially since there were only two of us. Breakfast at the lodge was delicious! Maddie and Ursula welcomed us warmly. A great selection of dishes, prepared to perfection. The staff takes such good care of you! Good hot coffee and a magnificent view await you before your fishing trip. After a day of fishing, enjoy a hot shower with excellent pressure in your cabin. The lodge is just a few steps away for dinner. Every evening, the meals are complete! Homemade soups, creative salads, tasty main courses, and desserts prepared by their chef, true delights. The beds are comfortable and the cabins are spotless. Arrival, departure, and all formalities are handled by an efficient and warm team! A big thank you to Sara, who was always taking great care of us! You won't lack for anything, they are there to help you! Anderson's offers a relaxing and unforgettable fishing experience!

Third year at Anderson's. Still as good as ever. Usually we come in August, but this time we opted for the last week of May, as smallmouth bass would be spawning and make a great target. The fishing was very good, with wonderful weather. However, with winter lingering a few extra weeks, the fish that should have been spawning were still in deep water and were not as aggressive as we had hoped. Despite everything, we made some nice catches. Walleye, northern pike, and a few smallmouth bass on Lac Seul. Trout, pike, and smallmouth bass on Lac Vermilion. Hard to resist a shore lunch of fried fish, potatoes, and onions, accompanied by a cold drink, on these exceptional lakes. You always have a great stay at Anderson's. The team is wonderful and does everything possible to make the trip unforgettable: meals at the on-site restaurant, clean and comfortable accommodation with daily maid service, and a fully equipped tackle shop. Our guide, Alex, was exceptional. Welcoming, chatty, and knew the lakes and fish species we wanted to catch inside out. Once again, an exceptional lodge for fishing enthusiasts.
