To get to the site, take Highway 105 North for 105 miles to the municipality of Red Lake. At the town's only traffic light, turn left onto Highway 618. Continue for approximately 8 paved miles past Madsen, then turn right onto Suffel Lake logging road. Travel 12 miles on this gravel road to reach the parking lot at the trailhead leading directly to the camp.
