Since 1969, Black Moose Outposts has offered adventure stays accessible only by floatplane in Northwestern Ontario. Located north of Red Lake, the comfortable cabins are situated on secluded private lakes. The establishment offers an exceptional wilderness experience for walleye, northern pike, and lake trout fishing, as well as moose hunting. Each cabin is fully equipped and includes boats with unlimited fuel. It is the ideal destination to disconnect in total tranquility.

Territory and geography

The territory is located in the wild Northwestern Ontario region, north of the town of Red Lake. This vast area includes a dozen preserved lakes, characterized by their sheltered bays and multiple small islands. The forest landscape is composed notably of spruce and trembling aspen reflecting on lakes like Critchell or Orono. Isolation is absolute here, as access to the territory is exclusively by air via floatplane.
