The outfitter

Located in Sioux Narrows, Crawford’s Camp is a family-run resort managed by the Rydberg family. Situated on the shores of Whitefish Bay on Lake of the Woods, the camp offers thirteen summer cabins and seven four-season cabins, all fully equipped with modern kitchens and full bathrooms. During open water or ice fishing seasons, anglers can target walleye, lake trout, muskellunge, northern pike, and bass. Guided hunting packages for black bear, deer, and small game are also available.

Territory and geography

The estate is located in Whitefish Bay, on the east-central side of Lake of the Woods. This renowned body of water boasts over 13,654 islands and approximately 62,000 miles of shoreline. Whitefish Bay offers the clearest and deepest waters of the lake, including a trench over 200 feet deep located right near the camp. This preserved natural environment provides great tranquility for anglers and hunters. Additionally, bear hunters benefit from an exclusive territory spanning 80,000 acres.
