Wapoos Sibi is an exclusive 100 km² hunting and fishing territory in the heart of the boreal forest of northern Quebec, in the Parent area. The domain holds about twenty lakes where walleye, brook trout and lake trout live side by side — Lac Long (9 km), at the foot of the main lodge, is known for its abundant walleye, and the absence of pike there lets the species coexist. The game-rich forest offers moose hunting (managed under the 'toolbox' plan with an extended season), bear hunting over baited sites in June (max 16 hunters/year) and small-game hunting (ruffed grouse,
spruce grouse). Lodging is in three four-star chalets along Lac Long, with fully equipped kitchens, hot water, wood and gas heat, solar electricity, sleeping 2 to 16 people (bedding and food not provided — European plan). Other activities include river kayaking, hiking at Montagne Verte, blueberry picking, and ATV and side-by-side riding. The outfitter's philosophy: protect the wildlife jewel through catch-and-release and rigorous harvest monitoring.

Quelle première journée incroyable à la pourvoirie ! La qualité est vraiment au rendez-vous : les chambres sont impeccables et spacieuses. La personne qui s’occupe de la pourvoirie s'en occupe avec une grande attention. Nous venons de Montréal, et franchement, les 5 heures de route en valaient totalement la peine. Nous avons eu une pêche fantastique avec des poissons exceptionnels. Vivement recommandé pour une escapade nature réussie !
