The territory gives access to 25 lakes — 23 for brook trout and 7 for northern pike and walleye — plus about 30 km of trails for hiking, mountain biking, and wild berry and forest mushroom picking. Regarded as one of the region's best territories for moose hunting, it also offers small-game hunting and, in recent years, a particularly successful bear hunt. Lodging is in one of the territory's 16 chalets (eight off-grid on propane, eight at the
reception area wired for electricity), self-catering style where guests bring their own bedding and food. On-site water activities include swimming in clear water, a floating slide, pedal boating, kayaking, and canoeing.
