There were four of us sharing a cabin at Wildewood last week and we had a great stay. The cabins are spacious and well equipped. Jugs of well water are provided for drinking. Hot water is plentiful for showers. The outhouses are spotless, the cleanest I've ever seen. The boats are clean and well maintained. We were provided with a generous amount of minnows each day. Andy joined us on the lake on the second day to help us find some walleye, and it worked! The fish cleaning hut is right by the water, well lit if you get back late, and there is a shelf in the freezer for your cabin's catch. I would definitely go back to Wildewood!

Our family used to come camping every year in the 70s… I only realized what a great experience it was as I grew up… It was a bit more rugged back then, but the fishing and scenery were already exceptional. I looked up the campground out of simple curiosity and I am thrilled that it still offers such an enjoyable experience. The cabins look modern and beautiful… Looks like nothing has really changed and I recognize every building. Thank you for carrying on the mission of this true gem.
