The camp is accessible by boat only — a roughly 30-minute crossing from a secure mainland parking area — making it an intimate, peaceful destination far from the bustle of city life. Fishing is the star: Lake Kipawa, known for its bays, hidden coves and deep waters, holds walleye, northern pike, lake trout and smallmouth bass. The camp also offers a self-guided (unguided) moose hunt — calling, still-hunting and stand hunting — across vast, low-pressure territory. Lodging
is in fully equipped cottages (housekeeping/European plan) with full kitchens, hot water and showers, propane BBQ, generator electricity and Wi-Fi in select areas; a boat is provided for every two adults, with motor and gasoline included.
