The 49 lakes and rivers within the domain form a reservoir of exceptional productivity for three fish species: brook trout, lake trout, and northern pike. The site provides specialized equipment such as boat launches, as well as fish evisceration and packaging services and bait sales. As for land wildlife, the territory is home to moose and bear populations. Moose hunting is naturally sustained by the vast territory of the Ashuapmushuan Wildlife Reserve, which directly borders the northern
limit of the outfitter. The development of the estate includes forest trails as well as hunting towers distributed across the territory for hunting and wildlife observation.
Club Colonial outfitter offers a wide range of activities focused on fishing, hunting, and outdoor vacations in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region. For fishing, available from mid-May to early September, the estate features 49 lakes and rivers providing an ideal habitat for brook trout, lake trout, and northern pike. Moose hunting benefits from the proximity of
