Randonnée en raquettes au cœur de la vallée fantôme tout simplement splendide. Je n’ai pas les mots pour décrire le moment vécu. Informations à l’accueil et des guides durant la randonnée au top

On est tombé amoureux de cette rando au début de l’automne. Un peu enneigée l’arrivée au lac et l’ascension au pic de la tête de chien est faisable avec des enfants. Plusieurs points de vue sur le trajet avec de superbes paysages fjords et plaines. Le pic du grand corbeau demande 2h de plus avec la neige et pour aller jusqu’au pic de la hutte il faut une bonne condition physique et du temps :)

Magnifique parc à la végétation luxuriante typiquement boréale, verte à l'année; grâce aux conifères qui dominent le paysage du parc on s'y sent chez soi! Très sauvage comme parc niveau camping c'est ce qu'on apprécie davantage dans les parcs nationaux! Pas d'électricité ni d'eau potable il faut être bien préparé et être prêts à s'amuser sous la pluie. Les randonnées sont majestueuses. Si vous êtes attentifs vous allez pouvoir entendre et/ou observer plusieurs animaux. Le personnel est adorable vraiment, assurément mon coup de coeur va à ce parc national de la sepaq!

Parc magnifique, belles randonnées à faire, y compris avec des enfants. Attention la route à l’intérieur du parc n’est pas évidente si on a une voiture « basique », mais elle va être refaite à partir de 2024. Nous avons fait une randonnée avec Marie Ève, une guide du parc, qui a été super, très enrichissante, et la guide a su s’adapter à nos enfants, je recommande ++, cela permet d’apprendre beaucoup de choses sur la faune et la flore.

J'y suis allée avec mon fils pour faire le sentier du pic de la tête de chien. Très beau sentier avec de la variété et plusieurs points de vue. Nous avons même vu un orignal se baigner dans le lac des pères. Le parc est bien entretenu et les passerelles et escaliers au sommet semblaient neufs. Personnel sympathique à l'accueil. Toilettes et douches.
