Run by the Richard family for several generations, Pourvoirie Richard sits in the Lanaudière region, about ten minutes from the village of Saint-Michel-des-Saints. Five comfortable, freshly decorated chalets — all reachable by car, each with a BBQ and an outdoor fireplace — are spread across two brook-trout (speckled trout) lakes. Fishing is the headline activity, on a European plan: the chalet, a boat for two and the fishing right are all included in the rates.
